3-Ingredient Dulce de Leche Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 35% whipping cream, chilled 500 mL
  • ½ cup Sensations by Compliments Dulce de Leche Caramel Spread, room temperature 125 mL
  • ¼ cup toasted unsweetened desiccated coconut 60 mL
  • pinch sea salt (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    In large bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer to stiff peaks. Fold in dulce de leche. Chill at least 1 hr. or up to 8 hr.

  • Step 2

    Divide among 12 dessert cups or bowls. Sprinkle with coconut and sea salt, if using, to serve.

Tip

Substitute coconut with shaved dark chocolate, toasted nuts or fresh fruit.
