Summer Fruit Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, in ½ in. (12 mm) cubes 250 mL
  • 1/2 cup pitted peeled mango, in ½ in. (12 mm) cubes 125 mL
  • 1/2 cup halved grapes 125 mL
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and in ½ in. (12 mm) cubes
  • 2 cups sparkling wine 500 mL
  • 6 Mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, toss together strawberries, mango, grapes and kiwi fruit until combined. Divide fruit mixture evenly among 6 champagne flutes or other tall decorative glasses. Top with sparkling wine; garnish with mint, if using.
