No-Cook Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sundried tomato pesto 60 mL
  • 1 pkg naan bread 340 g
  • 2 cups packed arugula 500 mL
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese 60 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    Spread 1 tbsp (15 mL) pesto on one piece of naan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup (125 mL) arugula on top. Tear 1 slice prosciutto into bite-size pieces, arrange on top of arugula. Top pizza with 1 tbsp (15 mL) Parmesan cheese. Repeat steps for three remaining naan breads.
