Ingredients

ice cubes

hard apple cider
500 mL
½ cup
Canadian rye whisky
125 mL
1 cup
ginger ale
250 ml

thin Granny Smith apple slices
4
lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Fill 4 lowball glasses with ice. Divide hard cider and rye whisky into glasses. Top each drink with 1/4 cup (60 mL) ginger ale. Garnish with green apple slice and lemon wedge.

Tip

Substitute rye with bourbon or other whisky.
