Easy Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Compliments fresh or frozen cranberries 600 g
  • 1 cup sugar 250 mL

Directions

  • Step 1

    In saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar and 1 cup (250 mL) water to a boil.

  • Step 2

    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3

    Cool and refrigerate until serving time.

Tip

Make it more tart by reducing sugar and adding lemon zest, spice it up with cinnamon sticks, or add a splash of orange liqueur.
