Elevate the flavour of our Korean Chicken Strips with a simple, Korean-inspired dipping sauce. Add a touch of sweetness to your savoury dish by combining 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 ½ tbsp of sugar, 1 ½ tbsp of sesame oil, 1 ½ tbsp of minced onion, 1 minced garlic clove, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. The result? A complex flavour profile that the whole family will enjoy.

Put a twist on a fast food favourite with our Mushroom & Mozzarella Burger on a Onion Bun! Start by slicing the onion into ½-inch thick rings. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions when the butter is hot and sprinkle with 1 tsp of sugar and salt. Cook for a few minutes until the edges turn golden, then gently flip to caramelize the other side.

Place the mushroom burger on top of one slice of caramelized onion, then top with hot sauce for a spicy kick or relish for a burst of acidity, along with some fresh lettuce and tomato. Finally, add the second slice of onion to complete the ultimate burger experience.

Salmon Spiedini Vietnamese Rolls

Try something new with salmon by wrapping our salmon spiedini in rice paper. Grill the spiedini to your desired level of doneness and set aside. Soak a sheet of rice paper in water for 5-8 seconds until soft. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of shredded cabbage, ½ cup of shredded red carrot, ½ cup of thinly sliced cucumber, and ¼ cup of your favourite marinade. Place the grilled salmon spiedini (stick removed) and the vegetable mixture in the centre of the rice paper. 

Fold one side over the filling to completely enclose it. Then, fold in the sides and continue rolling tightly until you have a neat, secure roll. Pair with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Turn your Korean fried chicken into a spicy KFC sandwich. Start by slicing 4 cups of green cabbage and tossing it with 1 chopped jalapeño, 1 cup of chopped kimchi, 3 sliced scallions, ½ cup mayo, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, and ½ tsp salt. Meanwhile, with a knife, slice chicken off the bone. Spread the slaw on the bottom bun of a toasted brioche burger bun. Top with chopped crispy chicken and pickles for the perfect spicy kick.

Double the heat on our stuffed jalapeño burger by topping it with crispy frozen jalapeño poppers. This simple yet flavourful twist takes your burger to the next level. Simply follow the instructions on the package, let them cool for a few minutes, and place 3 to 4 on top of our stuffed jalapeño burger for an extra kick! The creamy filling and heat from the poppers add a layer of flavour that’s sure to satisfy your taste buds and turn up the heat on your burger.
