Sterling Silver Prime Rib Roast – Easy Carve – NEW

Three simple ingredients let this sumptuous prime rib roast shine. Try our Salt-Crusted Sterling Silver® Prime Rib Roast recipe when you want near-effortless elegance and a wow-factor main that's sure to please.

Salmon Servings ̶ approx. 113 g each

Make short work of a crowd-pleasing main with our new prepared salmon roasts, found in our Seafood Dept. Canadian salmon is stuffed with one of three delicious options including a imitation crab & coldwater mix, or coldwater shrimp Cheddar, spinach and bacon. For a roast preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Set in a parchment paper-lined roasting pan or rimmed baking tray. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired. Cook roast until internal temperature reads 74°C (165°F) on an instant read thermometer for 45-55 minutes. For singular portions, set oven to convection roast 220°C (425°F) for 8-10 minutes, for an internal temp of 74°C (165°F).

Panache Hickory-Smoked Honey Spiral Ham (bone-in) 8 lb (3.6 kg) to 11 lb (4.9 kg)

Cornish Hens (bone-in, frozen) 1 hen per person (approx. 800 g each)

Cornish hens are the perfect poultry for a smaller crowd. Try them honey-glazed with roasted parsnips and pears.
