This mellow, buttery and semi-soft cheese is one of Canada’s most celebrated and award-winning varieties.

Oka is produced by Agropur, a dairy co-op in Quebec. Aged 35-days Oka is soft, mild and fruity, while 50-day aged Oka Classique has a more pronounced nutty flavour and buttery aftertaste. Both varieties make a welcome addition to cheeseboards that bring with them a great Canadian story to share with your guests.

Try melting hunks of Oka on homemade mushroom pizza, dropping a slice into tomato soup or stirring it into your next pot of risotto.
