Ingredients

3 oz
35% whipping cream
90 mL
1 tsp
granulated sugar
5 mL
¼ tsp
vanilla
2 mL
3 oz
Compliments Seasonal Winter Blend Coffee, brewed
90 mL
½ oz
Compliments Caramel Sundae Topping
15 mL
pinch
sea salt
ice cubes
pinch
freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl using a whisk or an immersion blender, mix together whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until frothy but still pourable.

Step 2

Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add coffee, caramel topping and salt. Shake for 20 sec. Strain into brandy snifter or short-stemmed glass of your choice.

Step 3

Spoon a layer of the frothy cream on top.

Step 4

Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Tip

Whole nutmeg can be substituted with ground nutmeg for similar results.
