Ingredients
- 1 can
- coconut milk
- 400 mL
- 5 tbsp
- Compliments Cocoa Powder
- 75 mL
- 5 tbsp
- granulated sugar
- 75 mL
- ¼ tsp
- Compliments Ground Cinnamon
- 1 mL
- ¼ tsp
- Compliments Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1 mL
- TajÃn Clásico Seasoning, for garnish (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Combine coconut milk with cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon and cayenne in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, just until sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 mins.
Step 2
Pour into ice pop moulds. (Number of ice pops will depend on the size of your moulds.) Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
Step 3
Remove chocolate ice pops from mould. Sprinkle lightly with TajÃn, if desired. Serve immediately.
