- double Graham Crackers, divided

- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ cup
- Salted Peanuts, chopped
- 4 large
- pretzels, broken into pieces
Directions
Step 1
Scoop and press ice cream onto a graham cracker square, top with another graham cracker square, pressing slightly. Fill sides with more ice cream to make clean edges. Freeze until firm.
Step 2
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate over high heat in 30-second intervals. Stir to melt. Stir in enough vegetable oil until mixture easily drizzles, about 1 tsp.
Step 3
Dip the edge of the ice cream sandwich into the chocolate mixture and immediately press peanuts and pretzels to adhere.
