From breakfast to dinner (and dessert and snacks, too), our easy-to-assemble recipes deliver satisfying mealtime options with minimal cooking.

Breakfast Time
The last thing we want on a busy morning is to cook breakfast, but you don’t have to walk out the door on an empty stomach. It’s easy to put together dishes that maximize flavour with minimal appliances. On busy weekday mornings, serve our Maple Berry Parfait that’s ready in 10 minutes and packed with berries, yogourt and granola. No time to sit down? Let the blender do the hard work of whipping up a Creamy Apple Cinnamon Oat Shake that’s reminiscent of apple pie. It’s easy to transport in a reusable bottle and makes for a great post-gym pick-me-up, too. Set aside some time on the weekend to make Gluten-Free No-Cook Breakfast Bars. Package each one individually in plastic wrap for an on-the-go breakfast.

Lunch and Dinner Time
Mealtimes don’t have to involve the stove or the oven to be satisfying and nourishing. Chicken & Sprout Salad with Greek Yogourt Dressing gets a helping hand from shredded rotisserie chicken. If you’re not in the mood for chicken, canned tuna or beans are easy alternatives. Showcase the freshness of celery root, carrots and beets in a Zesty Root Vegetable Salad tossed with a Dijon mustard-caper dressing. It’s easily turned into a heartier meal with slices of store-bought roast chicken on the side.

No boiling is involved when recreating restaurant favourite Shrimp Salad Rice Wrapper Rolls at home that are bursting with mango, cucumber, carrot and hoisin-tossed noodles. Further satisfy your seafood craving with our Shrimp Cobb Salad Wrap that’s on the plate in less than 30 minutes and is easily portable. Just remember to include an ice pack to keep things cool.

A lazy lunch calls for the easily assembled No-Cook Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza, made with prepared naan and sundried tomato pesto. Or try our made-over Tuna Sandwich with Sundried Tomatoes & Goat Cheese, a mayo-free version of the deli favourite. On the weekend, a quick crisp in the toaster is all the cooking you’ll need to do for Smoked Salmon Toast with Cream Cheese & Dill—it’s ideal for an elegant brunch.

Dessert
A little patience may be required, but you don’t need to turn on the oven for these confections. For a Friday night treat, the layered Crunchy Chocolate & Berry Yogourt Cups will satisfy your sweet tooth nicely. If you have time to prep the day before, Strawberry & Angel Food Ice Cream Cake makes for a pretty (and surprising) presentation. All you have to do is sandwich store-bought angel food cake with softened strawberry ice cream and freeze. Loaded with nuts and chocolate, No-Bake Brownies with Pecans & Coconut are an easy dessert that never sees the inside of an oven. Simply melt ingredients in the microwave, mix, pour into a pan and chill until firm.

Snacks
At work, home or school, keep cravings at bay with our simple no-cook nibbles. If you’ve got 15 minutes and a food processor, Zesty White Bean Dip is going to be your new go-to chip dipper. Portioned into airtight containers, it makes a great midday work snack with pre-cut veggies. Or stash a No-Cook Peanut Butter Protein Bar in your bag in case hunger strikes on the road. Fruit lovers will savour the simply elegant Avocado & Pink Grapefruit Salad, in which fresh produce shines with a dressing of honey, lime juice and olive oil.
