Directions
Step 1
Using the tip of a paring knife, cut a slit lengthwise, along the side of each banana, through the skin and into the flesh, without cutting them all the way through. Open the split bananas to create a boat shape.
Step 2
Fill the center of each banana with 1 tbsp of white chocolate chips, 2 tbsp of mini marshmallows and 1 tbsp of coarsely crumbled graham cracker crumbs.
Step 3
Wrap each banana in a 12” (30 cm) square of parchment paper and then in a 12” (30 cm) square of aluminum foil to protect them from the heat.
Step 4
Bake the prepared banana boats beside the coals or on the grill over your campfire, until melted and the bananas have warmed through, about 8-10 mins.
Step 5
Carefully remove the baked banana boats from the fire and gently open them to expose the bananas, melted chocolate and toasted mini marshmallows. Top each banana boat with raspberries and sliced strawberries before garnishing with some of the creamy whip whipped cream topping.
