- tahini

- salted pistachios, chopped
- Prepared kataifi
Directions
Step 1
Prepare kataifi following package instructions.
Step 2
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine pistachio cream paste with tahini. Heat on high for 20-30 seconds, stirring to combine.
Step 3
Drizzle over the ice cream bar and immediately sprinkle and press pistachios overtop.
Step 4
Arrange kataifi on a plate and serve prepared ice cream bar overtop.
Tip
Spoon pistachio mixture into a small piping bag fitted with a small plain piping tip for professional lines.
