Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Place pizza crust on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread pesto on crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Scatter on artichokes, sundried tomatoes and sliced meat. Finish by roughly crumbling the goats cheese on top.
Bake 8 to 10 min., until mozzarella is melted, goats cheese is softened and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Garnish with green onions. Slice and serve.
