Ingredients

- lemon, zest finely grated

- Fuze® lemon iced tea, cold
- 125 ml
- 1⁄3 cup
- ginger beer, cold
- 75 ml

Directions
Step 1
Place a tall glass in the freezer.
Step 2
In a blender, crush the ice cubes with the candied ginger and lemon zest until thick and slushy. Using a spatula, scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Step 3
Place three-quarters of the slush in the chilled glass. Add the iced tea. Mix well. Top off with the ginger beer. Garnish with the remaining slush and the lemon wedge.
