- Compliments Deli Roast Beef, cut into quarters
- ¼ cup
- crumbled blue cheese
- 60 mL
- 2 tsp
- fresh chive pieces, about ½-in. long

- Pinch each salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1
Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper topper, horseradish, salt and pepper until smooth. Spoon or pipe into egg whites.
Step 2
Top each egg with a folded piece of roast beef and top with cheese. Sprinkle with chives and a little extra freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
