Directions
Step 1
Place two double graham crackers on a square of heavy duty foil placed on a skillet over the campfire grate. Top each cracker with a piece of bacon, prosciutto or salami.
Step 2
Insert a long skewer or stick into thickest part of cheese and toast over fire until golden. Toast marshmallows on separate sticks until golden if using.
Step 3
Place the cheese or marshmallow stick on the meat-topped cracker. Layer additional s’mores ingredients and sandwich with the remaining cracker; remove the stick.
