- Panache Pink Grapefruit Italian Soda, chilled
- 120 mL

- sprig thyme (for garnish)
- 2 oz
- Panache Tonic Water, chilled (optional)
- 60 mL
Directions
Step 1
In blender on low speed, blend the sorbet and soda just until smooth, about 10 sec.
Step 2
Pour into a champagne flute; garnish with the thyme. Option: For a less sweet or longer drink, top with the tonic water.
