Directions
Step 1
Tear a large rectangle of aluminum foil to fit a cast iron skillet or baking tray. Arrange the centre with a layer of tortilla chips, cheese, beans, tomatoes, avocados and jalapenos. Repeat this with tortilla chips, cheese, beans, and more cheese. Fold over to seal.
Step 2
Cook over a campfire set over medium heat until the cheese is melted, 5 to 8 minutes. Carefully open the packet and garnish with avocado, jalapenos and hot sauce.
