In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp (15 mL) cilantro stems, curry powder, 2 tbsp (30 mL) oil and the ginger paste. Place halibut in a baking dish. Spread mixture over halibut. Marinate 30 min.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together tomatoes, green onions, 2 tbsp (30 mL) cilantro leaves, lime juice, remaining oil and the honey. Set aside.
Preheat barbecue to high. Season halibut with salt, place on barbecue and cook 3 min. per side or until cooked through.
Spoon tomato mixture onto serving plates and place halibut on top. Garnish with additional cilantro leaves if desired.
When cooking fish, serve immediately as it keeps cooking even once off the grill.
