- honey
- 2 ml
- 1⁄8 tsp
- salt
- 0.5 ml
- Black pepper
- 8 cups
- chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 L
- 7 slices
- Dry-Cured Salami, roughly torn
- 5 slices
- Black Forest Ham, roughly torn
- 5 slices
- Smoked Turkey Breast, roughly torn
- 1 cup
- halved cherry tomatoes
- 250 ml
- 3⁄4 cup
- diced Mozzarella
- 175 ml
- 1⁄2 cup
- crushed and pitted Castelvetrano olives, plus extra to garnish
- 125 ml

- pepperoncini, thinly sliced, plus extra to garnish
Directions
Step 1
In a very large bowl, whisk oil with vinegar, Dijon, honey and salt until combined. Season with pepper.
Step 2
Add lettuce, salami, ham, turkey, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and pepperoncini, tossing well to fully coat.
Step 3
Transfer to a large platter; season generously with pepper. Garnish with additional olives and pepperoncini.
