Directions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat: add salmon skin side down and cook until crisp, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook until slightly firm, 3 minutes. Break into chunks.
Step 2
To make tacos, heat tortillas in a frying pan over medium-high heat; layer with coleslaw, salmon, diced avocado or jalapeno slices, and salsa.
