RFY Fresh Atlantic Salmon Fillet Roasted Pepper
300 g
Small Yellow Corn Tortillas or Flour Tortillas
Pre-Packaged Coleslaw
397 g
Jalapeno slices
Or diced avocado
Or Compliments Roasted Hatch Chili Salsa
430 g

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat: add salmon skin side down and cook until crisp, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook until slightly firm, 3 minutes. Break into chunks.

Step 2

To make tacos, heat tortillas in a frying pan over medium-high heat; layer with coleslaw, salmon, diced avocado or jalapeno slices, and salsa.
